After many years living and working abroad, Lance has witnessed first hand the pressures placed on individuals, employees and families and how these are magnified when living in a foreign environment.  Through his work in the corporate risk space Lance has identified how work, familial , geopolitical and societal factors can impact upon a person and their mental, emotional and physiological strength.  Through his consulting Lance has assisted both companies and employees alike to improve their resilience to these internal and external pressures. Following successful accreditation through further dedicated study in the counselling space, Lance is now harnessing these experiences and skills to support Ex-Pats and their families, Companies and their employees, as well as parents, the elderly and others via the formation of Nomad.

John Hague has a lifetime of corporate experience, up to the most senior levels, within an industry which at times can be stressful, relentless and testing in its expectations. John has also worked offshore and is acutely aware these environments can be unforgiving and may impact on the physical and mental health that influences a healthy work and family balance, especially in some Ex-pat situations
